Our policy does not permit any returns. All sales are final due to hygiene reasons. Please check your order before payment as our sizing is completely accurate. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)
We do not offer any refunds. However, if you decide to cancel your order before despatch send us an email at info@ashantiswimwear.com. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We do not accept exchanges at all due to hygiene reasons. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival which should not happen as all items are quality checked before shipping. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ashantiswimwear.com and we will assist you further.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please be aware that we are not responsible for any import duties and taxes the customs department in your local country may or may not charge you after receiving your Ashanti Swimwear order. Usually you may import 3 or 4 times with no charges and on the 5th time customs will hold it for duties and taxes, it just depends on customs and the person who processes the package. We always try our best to protect you from any additional customs charges, but this method is not always successful.
