Taxes and Duties: Please be aware that we are not responsible for any import duties and taxes the customs department in your local country may or may not charge you after receiving your Ashanti Swimwear order. Usually you may import 3 or 4 times without any charges and on the 5th time customs will hold it for duties and taxes, however this completely depends on customs in your local country and the person who processes the package. We try our best to protect you from any additional customs charges, but this method is not always successful.
All orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Once orders have been processed:
USA & U.K ShippingShipping within the U.K & USA is usually 2-10 Business days.
Canada/Europe/EU Shipping
Shipping within Canada & Europe is usually 5-15 Business days.
International Shipping Information
We ship to most international countries. Within Australia & The Rest of The World shipping takes 5-15 working days. *Please be aware that on very rare occasions, international shipping to some countries can take 4-8 weeks or even longer. We are not responsible for longer delivery times due to the customs department in your local country nor are we responsible for any import duties and taxes the customs department in your local country may or may not charge you after receiving your Ashanti Swimwear order. Usually you may import 3 or 4 times with no charges and on the 5th time customs will hold it for duties and taxes, it just depends on customs and the person who processes the package. We always try our best to protect you from any additional customs charges, but this method is not always successful.
Hand wash is the best! Our swimsuits are also machine washable, but we highly recommend you hand wash & rinse with cold water then lay flat in the shade to dry as it helps keep the delicate fabric and the shape of the suit looking newer, longer. Once dry please store your swimsuit flat.
Our policy does not permit any returns. All sales are final due to hygiene reasons and packaging reasons. Once an order has been placed you have 2 hours to cancel your order before despatch. Please check your order before payment as our sizing is completely accurate. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)We do not offer any refunds. However, if you decide to cancel your order before despatch send us an email at info@ashantiswimwear.com. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We do not accept exchanges at all due to hygiene reasons. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival which should not happen as all items are quality checked before shipping. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ashantiswimwear.com and we will assist you further.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Yes, When your order has been processed and shipped, an email confirmation with tracking information will be sent to the email you provided when placing your order and creating your account. Please allow up to 24 hours from receipt of this email for tracking information to be updated. If you did not receive this email please contact us at info@ashantiswimwear.com
