The high vitamin C content stimulates collagen production which slows down the ageing process of the skin, reduces blemishes and is a vital substance for the firm, radiant, youthful-looking skin and restores the elasticity of the skin. Baobab oil has a comedogenic rating of 2. This means that it is unlikely to clog pores. This can also help to restore, heal or soothe eczema and acne, heal damaged skin and hair, heal bruises and burns and soothe inflamed scalp.
